INFRARED DOME SAUNA

An infrared sauna session is 15-30 minutes of laying down in a solo-system sauna pod and sweating away toxins, stress, and excess water weight. The sauna pod has a 4” memory foam pad that is waterproof and anti-microbial. In addition, we also lay down towels that are changed and washed after every client session. Your head is not inside the sauna during your session so you are breathing room temperature air at all times. There are nine different heat levels available to accommodate all client's individual needs ensuring that they are comfortable throughout their session. 


Our saunas are completely safe and the procedures are the same far infrared heat produced by the sun. Far-infrared heat is required for all living things for optimum health. The radiant heat from the far infrared sauna surrounds you and penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles, and tissues, speeding oxygen flow, and increasing circulation. It also helps to remove impurities from your cells, specifically the cells inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals.

Benefits of Lying Down:

Lying down is one of the very best ways to take a sauna. It's not only more comfortable and relaxing, but it also has distinct neurological and cardiovascular advantages. Lying down helps relieve your cardiovascular and nervous systems of the added stress you have to have to maintain posture. Gravity presses down on the system, but in the dome, this isn't an issue. This allows for the maximization of benefits with the least amount of discomfort.

Detoxification & Circulation:

Far infrared improves circulation and oxygenation, which promotes nutrient exchange between cells and the discharge of toxins. Improving circulation has a wide range of other benefits that can improve the health of your entire body. It enhances circulation without causing stress.
